Yoga Therapy with Kelly Pretlow, CPYI
Yoga is a healing method that has been in practice for thousands of years. The last decade has seen increased awareness of the power of yoga to heal without drugs or surgery. Working one-on-one with clients, Kelly uses a variety of Purna Yoga™ techniques to create customized healing routines. These routines are designed to help clients develop greater self-awareness and harmony of the mind, body and spirit. This creates an optimal healing environment.
Clients can expect a holistic approach to healing, one that attends to the whole person rather than just the symptoms. While our initial intention may be to alleviate pain, long-term healing results from deeper exploration to get to the root causes of pain. Kelly uses her years of training, experience and intuition to create a unique practice for each client.
Yoga Therapy sessions may include:
